SYS-FIT BenchGrip Sets — Overview

Compare pre-configured BenchGrip pod kits. Learn which set fits your workflow—Verso for flexibility or Max for power—with complete Systainer³ storage included.

Don't feel like building your own SYS-GRP setup? Verso and Max have you. Both kits arrive organized in a Systainer³ S 76 with a PodDock fitout, so pods, AnchorDogs, and rail inserts each have a home — ready to work on the bench or along an extrusion without hunting parts.

Verso vs Max: Which kit?

BenchGrip Set — Verso

Why it helps: A five-pod mix optimized for reconfiguring on the fly — three Minimus Singles for precise spotting, a Dual for span coverage, and one Maximus for heavier contact. Great when your day moves between table work and rail-side clamping.

What's included:

  • 3× Minimus Single pods
  • 1× Minimus Dual pod
  • 1× Maximus pod
  • AnchorDogs and rail inserts (configuration per kit)
  • Systainer³ S 76 with PodDock fitout

Best for:

  • Mixed tasks requiring frequent reconfiguration
  • Workflows that blend table work and rail-side clamping
  • Users who want maximum flexibility across workpiece sizes

BenchGrip Set — Max

Why it helps: Four pods tuned for power — two Maximus for high down-force and two Duals to stabilize length. Ideal for larger panels, heavy assemblies, or when you prefer fewer but stronger anchor points.

What's included:

  • 2× Maximus pods
  • 2× Minimus Dual pods
  • AnchorDogs and rail inserts (configuration per kit)
  • Systainer³ S 76 with PodDock fitout

Best for:

  • Larger panels and heavy assemblies
  • Workflows prioritizing clamping force over spot flexibility
  • Users who prefer fewer, stronger hold points

What's the PodDock fitout?

Both sets include a pre-configured PodDock insert in the Systainer³ S 76. This keeps your pods, AnchorDogs, and rail inserts organized in dedicated compartments so you're not hunting parts mid-setup.

Setup tips

Out of the box:

  1. Open the Systainer and familiarize yourself with the compartment layout
  1. Keep pods in their designated wells — this maintains organization between uses
  1. Store AnchorDogs and rail inserts in specified sections

On the bench:

  • Deploy pods as needed for your workpiece
  • Return hardware to the Systainer between tasks to maintain organization
  • Use the kit as a mobile station — it travels from bench to rail to cart

System pairing:

  • Pair with SYS-ORG Bins for gaskets, spare screws, and small fittings
  • Combine with SYS-FIT Nexus Dock for complete vacuum source + workholding setup

Care & maintenance
