BenchGrip pods mount directly to extrusion profiles for modular workstation setups. SYS-GRP M6 Rail Inserts enable compatibility across common extrusion systems. Compatibility depends on slot width, bolt spacing, and surface thickness — use this guide to match your extrusion system to the right pod configuration.
All BenchGrip kits include M6 Rail Inserts and hardware unless noted.

Choosing the Right Pod
Surface thickness and extrusion height determine which BenchGrip pod delivers proper fitment.
Pod Selection by Extrusion Type
15-Series / 40-Series / 45-Series Extrusions
Pod compatibility depends on single vs. dual channel profiles and work surface thickness.
Single-channel profiles:
- 25 mm (1″) or thicker work surface → Minimus Single/Dual or Maximus pods
- Under 25 mm work surface → Minimus Offset pods
Dual-channel profiles:
Minimus Single/Dual or Maximus pods can mount to the lower channel without a 25 mm work surface. However, this may leave the lower pod unsupported against rotational forces on larger workpieces.
Minimus Offset eliminates work surface thickness and mounting constraints for all configurations.
Dashboard PWS / 30-Series Extrusions
Minimus Offset pods provide the best fit for these profiles. The offset design accommodates lower surface heights while maintaining full vacuum contact.
MicroJig Dovetail Tracks
All BenchGrip pods work with MicroJig Dovetail Tracks. Our M6 rail inserts do not fit Dovetail Tracks. Use our supplied washers with #10-32 flanged fasteners and MicroJig Dovetail Track Hardware.
T-Track
All BenchGrip pods work with T-Track. Our M6 rail inserts do not fit standard-depth T-Track, but work with deeper profiles (such as Woodpecker Super Track).
Mounting options:
- Option 1: Use our supplied fasteners and washers with Economy M6 T-Nuts
- Option 2: Use our supplied washers with ¼″ flanged fasteners and standard T-Nuts
SYS-GRP BenchGrip Harpyie Pods Compatibility Harpyie Maximus & Minimus pods fit all extrusion profiles listed in this guide without work surface thickness considerations, rail insert constraints remain the same.
