Installation Steps
Using the provided M4 × 0.7 mm fasteners and a 2.5 mm hex drive, attach a SYS-GRP Shaper Plate bracket to each SYS-GRP Shaper Plate Corus Vacuum pod.
Once each pod has been affixed to a bracket, take the provided M5 × 0.8 mm fasteners and insert them through the mounting holes on the bracket.
Align the M5 fasteners with the threaded mounting holes on the Shaper Plate. We recommend aligning the top of the Corus pods to the top of the plate.
Tighten the M5 fasteners with a 4 mm hex drive bit or Allen wrench.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 on the opposite side of the Shaper Plate.
Pause here to take a refreshing drink and prepare for the next steps.
Once your thirst is quenched, take a section of the provided 1/4" PU tubing and insert it into one pod's push-to-connect fitting.
Repeat for the opposite pod.
Place the provided 1/4" tube splitter (tee) between the two pods and insert the linking tube from each pod into the tee.
After linking each pod to one another via the tee, take an additional section of 1/4" PU tubing and insert it into the remaining port on the tee. Route this tubing to your vacuum source.
