Airflow: Higher airflow pumps recover faster when seals are broken and re-established.

Control & Accessories

Purpose: Apply or release vacuum smoothly

Benefits:

  • Allows controlled vacuum application
  • Quick release when work is complete

Recommended upgrade: The SYS-GRP Hub centralizes vacuum control:

  • Multi-pod management
  • Individual zone control

Recommended tubing: PU (polyurethane) tubing

  • Minimizes kinks
  • Maximizes flexibility

Fitting options:

  • Straight connector (included with AnchorPod)
  • Elbow fittings (for routing hose out of the way)
  • Custom configurations

Maintaining Vacuum Performance

Keep surfaces clean:

  • Wipe down work surfaces before each use
  • Remove dust from gasket contact areas

Inspect connections:

  • Check hose connections for leaks
  • Verify push-to-connect fittings are secure

Monitor filters:
