Configuration | Top geometry | Extrusion interfaces |
Core | 8 dogholes | Yes — outer edges |
Foundation | Full 20 mm grid, 96 mm pitch (MFT-compatible) | Yes — outer edges |
Dock for TrackSaw | 8 dogholes + saw body pocket | Yes — outer edges |
All three configurations are available in both Minor and Metris footprints.
Core
Core includes 8 dogholes distributed across the surface and extrusion interfaces on the outer edges.
The dogholes accept standard 20 mm bench dogs, positioning pegs, and stops. They provide fixed reference points for positioning workpieces without a full grid field.
The extrusion interfaces are panel-edge features designed to accept aluminum extrusion. The extrusion and mounting hardware are part of the SYS‑SRF Extrusion Kit, sold separately. Once installed, SYS‑PLT plates can attach to the extrusion, and SYS‑FIT racks can mount below the working surface via those plates.
Foundation
Foundation includes a full 20 mm doghole grid at 96 mm pitch across the panel and extrusion interfaces on the outer edges.
The 96 mm pitch is MFT-compatible. Existing MFT dogs, stops, and positioning accessories work with the grid. Dogholes run the full panel area, not just a perimeter row.
Extrusion interfaces are the same as Core. The SYS‑SRF Extrusion Kit is available to use them.
Dock for TrackSaw
Dock for TrackSaw includes 8 dogholes, extrusion interfaces on the outer edges, and a pocketed nest for the track saw body. The pocket gives the saw a fixed, repeatable landing position on the stack.
The guide rail is not stored on the surface. Rail storage is handled by the SYS‑FIT TRK Rack, which mounts on the front of the Systainer.
Pocket geometry is the same on both footprints.
